A DIFFERENT WAY TO PLAY
THERE IS NO ‘ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL’

Yoga is a fun and interactive way to encourage children to learn. It helps support the development of physical awareness, emotional regulation, reduces anxiety and stress but importantly, it can give your child the tools to be able to make sense of the world within and without. Yoga has a profound and proven ability to improve physical, mental and emotional wellbeing for children and adults.

Not all children learn in the same way. Some find movement a great method of exploring and knowing their limitations and boundaries. Yoga has the power to transform, not to conform.

A FUN AND EXCITING WAY TO LEARN AND GROW

Simon Fagnani offers children and families one on one sessions or group sessions the opportunity to discover yoga as a means of fostering wellbeing. The responsibilities of life can easily become overwhelming but by cultivating positive, sustainable practices, one can navigate these tribulations with a greater sense of ease.

Children love yoga! There are numerous reasons why yoga can support your child to thrive in all areas of their development. Through fun and interactive experiences, children who may not ‘normally’ learn like other children, have the opportunity to build self-confidence and become strong, resilient individuals.

No experience is needed, just an open mind and a willingness to try something different.
