Not all children learn in the same way. Some find movement a great method of exploring and knowing their limitations and boundaries. Yoga has the power to transform, not to conform.

The responsibilities of life can easily become overwhelming but by cultivating positive, sustainable practices, one can navigate these tribulations with a greater sense of ease.
